Social Media Manager Employment Type: Full-Time / Hourly About Us We own and operate multiple businesses in New York, including a wrap shop, a print shop, and a sign shop. Each brand is growing fast, and social media is one of our biggest drivers for new clients. We’re looking for a creative and hustling Social Media Manager who can take raw ideas and turn them into content that brings attention, followers, and sales. Responsibilities Content Creation Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories, YouTube Shorts) across all brands Take product shots, behind-the-scenes clips, client showcases, and creative trend-driven videos Write engaging captions and keep content aligned with each brand’s voice Trend Spotting Stay on top of current IG/TikTok trends and adapt them for our businesses Proactively pitch and execute new content ideas to keep engagement high Community & DMs Manage comments and DMs across business pages Handle basic sales inquiries (forwarding hot leads to sales staff when necessary) Keep engagement authentic and responsive to build brand reputation Strategy & Growth Schedule and post consistently across all platforms Track analytics to see what’s working and adjust Help grow followers into actual customers Requirements Proven experience running social media for a brand, shop, or business Strong skills in video creation and editing (phone + editing apps or software) Deep understanding of current social media trends, memes, and viral formats Ability to juggle multiple brands while staying organized Comfortable speaking/filming on camera (bonus, not required) Good communication and customer service skills for DM handling Must be creative, resourceful, and always thinking ahead Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay: Competitive, based on experience Opportunity to grow with three expanding companies Fun, creative work environment with freedom to pitch ideas Access to projects across different industries (automotive, printing, signage)
