InSeason Marketing is a remote boutique agency that works exclusively with HVAC and plumbing companies, and their distributors and manufacturers. We are hiring several talented reps for remote positions. We handle social media, email campaigns, training registration, dealer programs, and more. We’re known for fast turnarounds, top-quality work, and great client relationships. Our team is smart, kind, and genuinely supportive and collaborative. We meet on Zoom every day. We need top-tier Marketing Account Reps who are not just friendly and organized, but also proactive, assertive, and detail-obsessed. Our clients are busy, no-BS contractors, distributors and manufacturers who expect real results, timely responses, and strong relationships. What we’re looking for: Experience managing accounts in a fast-paced marketing setting Manage 5–10 client accounts and take full ownership of their success Anticipate needs, fix problems before they start, and make us look good Coordinate with our internal creative team to execute campaigns Send regular client updates, recap meetings, and follow up like a pro Be the face of our agency — clear, confident, and dependable You’re Our Ideal Rep If You: Have 2+ years of experience managing clients at a fast-paced agency Are sharp, fast, and pick things up the first time Thrive on autonomy and don’t wait to be told what to do Catch typos, missed deadlines, and unclear directions before the client does Can communicate like a pro — whether it’s emails, meetings, or feedback Have a calm, positive energy that puts clients at ease Bonus: Experience with HVAC, plumbing, or trades clients This is a remote role. Hours are 9AM to 3PM EST, Monday through Friday. (Room to grow and increase to full time).
