WHO WE ARE SEARCHING FOR: We are seeking a SEO Strategist who will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing SEO initiatives across multiple company websites. This role plays a critical part in driving organic traffic, improving search visibility, and supporting the company’s broader marketing and eCommerce strategy. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and keyword rankings. - Conduct on-page, off-page, and technical SEO audits, implementing corrective measures as needed. - Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlinking campaigns to improve site authority and performance. - Utilize tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console to track performance, identify opportunities, and optimize site health. - Leverage AI platforms (ChatGPT, Grok, and others) for content optimization, workflow automation, and research tasks. - Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align SEO strategy with content creation and campaigns. - Partner with the PPC Strategist to ensure SEO and paid media efforts are complementary. - Provide detailed reporting and analysis of SEO performance, with actionable recommendations. - Stay current with search engine algorithm updates, SEO trends, and emerging AI technologies. - Ensure all SEO practices adhere to Google Webmaster Guidelines and ethical standards strong collaboration with marketing, content, and PPC team members. - May provide training and guidance to team members on SEO best practices and AI utilization. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - 3–5+ years of proven SEO experience, preferably in eCommerce or multi-site environments. - Strong expertise with SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools. - Demonstrated success in driving measurable improvements in organic traffic, rankings, and site authority. - Advanced AI prompting skills using platforms like ChatGPT, Grok, or similar tools. - Familiarity with PPC advertising and ability to collaborate with paid media teams. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred. - Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
