Affiliate Marketing Coordinator (Santa Monica)

About Boosted Commerce Boosted Commerce (founded in 2019) is a digitally-native, CPG platform focused on acquiring and building new, fast-growing beauty, health, and wellness brands. We are a seasoned team of traditional retail and ecommerce operators already scaling several consumer brands with proven product-market fit. Role Overview The Affiliate Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in growing and optimizing our affiliate and influencer programs. This position is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of affiliate marketing experience, particularly with TikTok Shop, who is eager to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about building relationships with creators, helping them produce high-converting content that delivers measurable results. Key Responsibilities Affiliate Program Management Manage TikTok Shop affiliate outreach, onboarding, and communications for Vital Vitamins. Support ongoing affiliate partnerships across Vital Vitamins, FoxyBae Hair, and Asterwood Beauty. Ensure affiliates have the tools, briefs, and product support needed to succeed. Content & Performance Optimization Identify and recruit creators with strong ROAS and proven conversion performance. Track content submissions and analyze performance to identify top-performing creators and strategies. Provide input on content that aligns with brand goals and resonates with target audiences. Program Growth & Reporting Assist with weekly and monthly reporting on affiliate program performance. Support planning and execution of creator incentives, flash bonuses, and giveaways. Test new offers and promotional strategies to boost affiliate engagement and sales. Cross-Brand Collaboration Support influencer events, activations, and photoshoots (occasional in-person work in Los Angeles required). Collaborate with the influencer marketing team to align affiliate efforts with broader brand campaigns. Contribute to building a strong affiliate community through tools like Discord and newsletters. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in affiliate or influencer marketing (TikTok Shop experience required). Strong understanding of content trends, performance metrics, and ROAS-driven marketing. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a growth mindset. Based in or near Los Angeles, CA (preferred) for occasional in-person support. Experience With Tools and software such as Refersion, FastMoss, and UpTk (preferred).
