About the Job We’re seeking a creative, organized, and beer-loving Marketing & Events Specialist to support the Ska brand across digital, event, retail, and community channels. You’ll play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, managing content, coordinating events, and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to promote Ska’s culture and products. Pay Range $19.00-24.00/hour Responsibilities Digital & Content Marketing •Manage the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) •Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns that align with seasonal beer releases and events •Maintain brand voice and consistency in digital communications •Capture and curate photography and short-form video content (taproom happenings, behind-the-scenes moments, etc.) Events & Community Engagement •Assist in the coordination and promotion of brewery events, festivals, and sponsorships •Work with our sales and taproom teams to support in-market promotions •Represent Ska Brewing at public events as needed Communications & Reporting •Draft email campaigns and internal newsletters as needed •Support public relations efforts, including media outreach and event listings •Track and report on marketing performance metrics and KPIs Our Ideal Candidate •1–3 years of marketing or communications experience (craft beer, beverage, or lifestyle brand experience preferred) •Strong written and verbal communication skills •Comfortable creating and editing content for social and digital use •Familiar with social media tools, analytics platforms, and basic design/editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe, etc.) •Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented •Able to work some evenings and weekends for events •Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel occasionally •Must be 21+ Bonus Points For: •Photography/videography experience •Familiarity with the craft beer industry or homebrewing knowledge •A passion for music (especially ska or punk rock is a plus) Ska Bennies •Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance available to Full Time employees (a portion of premiums is paid by Ska Brewing Company) •Paid Time Off for Full-Time and Part-Time employees •401(k) with company match •EAP (Employee Assistance Program) •Discounted Ski Passes to Purgatory Resort •Free and/or discounted entries into local bike/running races •Paid Holidays •Dining Discount •Tuition Reimbursement Program *Paid Volunteer Time •Monthly employee tab to be used on merchandise and of course… BEER!
