Job Responsibilities: Help manage creator partnerships (follow-ups, sample approvals, content tracking) Post daily videos and support brand accounts on TikTok Communicate with creators, answer messages, organize data Assist with day-to-day campaign tasks What You’ll Get: Hands-on experience in TikTok, creators, and e-commerce Work directly with the founder and see how campaigns are run behind the scenes Learn real skills in a huge potential, fast-growing industry Requirements: Self-starter, able to work independently without micro-management Fast learner, willing to adapt and pick up new skills quickly Interest in TikTok, creators, and social media marketing Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible Reliable and eager to grow with the team Previous TikTok / e-commerce experience is a plus but not required Compensation: $16.5/Hour + commission + performance bonuses

YOU SHOULD HAVE: Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms. A strong understanding of the various audience types and social media best practices to optimize engagement and traffic. Strong analytical and quantitative skills – the ability to use data to develop and measure marketing performance. Experience with social media management platforms (Hootsuite preferred). 2+ years of experience building social presence for global consumer brands. Experience handling social media presence for both B2B and B2C clientele. A successful track record of building strong social momentum and adoration for brands. A working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem as relevant to a company’s field. Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills. Openness to feedback and collaboration from management and others throughout the organization. The availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PT. Thinking outside the box to develop dynamic strategies that increase followers and target new customers while keeping them consistently engaged. Analyzing campaigns and translating anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO, and social advertising campaigns. Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI, online reviews, and feedback from customers - Responding to inquiries or questions online. Creating editorial calendars and syndication schedules. Providing training and guidance to social media and marketing team members on social media implementation, best practices, and strategies.
