We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Manager professional to join our team. Yearly salary up to $60,000. Responsibilities: Performing routine maintenance tasks and repairs to ensure the proper functioning and appearance of our facilities. Conducting regular inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly. Repairing or replacing faulty electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems as needed. Painting, carpentry, and other general repair tasks. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of facilities, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Lawn Maintenance and general groundskeeping duties Coordinating with external contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance. Keeping inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and ensuring proper storage and usage. Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Assisting with other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Previous management experience overseeing a team Prior experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Basic carpentry and painting skills. Ability to perform minor repairs and troubleshoot maintenance issues. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Flexible and adaptable to changing maintenance needs.
