Work Location: USA Remote (Only hiring for PST or EST Time Zone) Work Hours: M - F, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Pay Rate: $25 - $30/hr DOE & location The Senior Research Associate is focused on the delivery of projects/tasks, driven by KPIs, while managing the performance of the team whose primary function is to train an AI engine. You will be working on training AI to interact with humans in entirely new ways, and you’ll be responsible for helping the AI learn how to best collaborate with humans by interacting with a variety of software tools.   As part of this role, you will leverage your skills and background to establish processes, and manage, train and mentor junior team members.  You will own a specific area, and be accountable for deliverables, quality, and overall processes for the area.
