All STEEL WITH GOOD BRAKES & TIRES! Thumb Shifter works wonderful & rides smoothly ready to roll in very good condition. Two ( 2 ) of the DaHon Folding 3 Speed Bikes have rear racks for knapsacks, packages, backpacks, or whatever desired. We paid about $100. extra for shipping + ( PLUS TAX ) when we bought them, but bicycling enjoyment was well worth every penny!!! Too old to ride now unfortunately.
