Enjoy an engaging tax career at this private company with minimal overtime!  Job Description Review accounting records, prepare adjusting entries, and assemble complete workpaper files Prepare federal and state tax returns (1065, 1040, 1041) Prepare tax projections and estimate calculations Fixed asset accounting, personal property tax, and business license reports  Perform tax research as needed to address issues encountered in the preparation process Maintain active communications with co-workers Follow prescribed procedures, rules, and laws while being mindful of ways to streamline and enhance processes and workflow Requirements Minimum 3 years in public accounting. 3+ years of current tax experience (with a family office or similar setup preferred).
