Seeking Band or Artists for Rad Lockout Share in North Hollywood (North Hollywood)

Hey Everyone! Potentially looking for artists and or bands who want to share my vibey lockout in North Hollywood. Here are some of the specs of the room: 15'x18' Room with high ceilings QCS K12 L and R Mains Mackie DL32r Mixer and Interface - Ipad controlled 5 pairs of stereo in-ears. 1 wireless shure psm 900 and rest are wired. Albatross headphone amp at drums Talkback mics with switches at every station Gretsch Drum Kit Silvertone Marshall and Fender Amps Ampeg Micro VR with 8x10" Cab (yah it rips) Wurlitzer 200, Acetone Organ, Juno 106 Synth 1926 Steinway Upright Acoustic Piano Secure building with AC and some parking Mini fridge to put your beers Computer is available but old, bring your ilok, pro tools 2022 and Ableton 11 ( I will upgrade to 12 soon). Everything is mic'd and tied into the Mackie which is also the interface for pro tools. so with a template, its 1 click recording your rehearsal. So this room is specifically set up for using IEMs. I dont have a floor wedge right now, but i can bring one from work. RCF 10" COAX. I have QSC mains for vocals and keys if you want to raw-dog it, but ideally you bring your ears and use the headphone amps/iem RXs. Create your own mixes via ipad and save for future use. No more fussing with local mixers to dial in a monitor mix wasting precious time every rehearsal! This is a 24/7 building! Ideally: You are a trustworthy responsible artist or band looking for a place to plug n play, record ideas, rehearse for your shows. Im looking for either a band/artist to split monthly, weekly, or we can arrange a plan depending on how much you need the studio. I currently share with 1 other drummer who's in 1-2 times a week.
