RESPONSIBILITIES Creative & Strategic Leadership Develop and champion the overarching creative vision for the client, ensuring consistency and excellence across all channels and touchpoints. Client Partnership Serve as a strategic partner to senior client stakeholders. Lead creative presentations, articulate the “why” behind the work, and confidently challenge briefs to drive better outcomes. Team Leadership & Mentorship Lead, manage, and mentor a diverse creative department, including ACDs, designers, writers, editors, and creators. Build a collaborative, empowering creative culture that prioritizes craft, inclusivity, and growth. Executional & Operational Oversight Own the quality and performance of all creative output — campaigns, content, and assets. Collaborate with Production, Strategy, Community, and Account teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery. Monitor creative budgets, timelines, and resourcing in partnership with Creative Resourcing and Production. Requirements This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in office required. Our senior retouchers collaborate closely with internal photography production teams and account managers to deliver high-end, editorial-quality, and high-volume e-commerce imagery for our brand clients.
