Walking distance to Whole Foods, Safeway, CVS, Bank of America, bars, restaurants, cafes galore. Heavenly is down the street less than half a mile away. Also one block from a 75 acre meadow overlooking the mountains, with snowshoe trails through it, great also for dogs, walks, etc. It's stunning. The location of the house is just honestly perfect. I have a video of the entire house, pics I can share, and references from prior tenants. Looking for the entire 4 months. Tenants pay utilities, snowplow fee, etc. I only pay trash on the house, you pay the rest. The house and driveway are on flat ground so no need to worry about getting up a steep driveway or road, in snowy conditions. EV charger on site.
