$400 / 4br - Roomate wanted rent $400/month (Columbia)

I am looking for a roommate to move in and enter an agreement with the landlord with me. I’ve lived in this house for about 10 years now and the landlord is great and am looking for a roommate once again to share rent/utilities with. The monthly rent is *$800 a month and utilities average out to around $400/month. I am looking for someone to split those numbers with thus $400 rent and about *$200 utilities each per month. It’s a great deal and best I’ve ever found in Columbia. I’m an easy going guy and work full time days M-F. I have a well trained dog that’s friendly however I am not looking to add any other cats/dogs to the mix. The house is 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a finished basement with laundry room, 1 car attached garage, and large backyard. Looking for someone: I can get along easy with, has a job/car, will pay rent/utilities on time, responsible, and wants to stay at least one year.
