SkyWater Cabins is now looking to fill our cabins for the winter months. October 1st 2025 thru May 1st 2026. We do not require a lease, this is month to month. Fully furnished cabins with a King bedroom and loft with two twin beds. We do require a 500.00 fully refundable deposit in case of damage to the property. We have an agreement that must be signed prior to moving in. We are pet friendly, this does require a $500.00 non refundable pet fee. If you are only staying a month this is negotiable. Housekeeping is required once a week. This is required to maintain the cabins and furnishings during long term tenants. This includes all utilities including Wifi and Cable. The cost is $2000.00 a month. These are luxury cabins. They have refrigerators, microwaves, oven/stove combos, coffee pots and toasters, all dishware for eating, cooking and drinking, towels and bedding included.
