Hello, I have a furnished bedroom for rent in a 3 bdrm rancher in the Middle River area with a full size yard in a very nice quiet and close knit neighborhood near the water. You will need to have your own transportation since I'm about 1.5 miles from the closest bus stop. I will need to see proof of income, past residence and references. All utilities are included and full house privileges. There is a two week secuity deposit. Please give a complete discription of yourself and of your situation when responding. As for myself, I am a disabled senior but not handicapped in any way. I'm semi-retired and a very active gentleman who is a very big sports fan. I have all of the amenities one would expect, cable, internet, a small attic space for some storage. My house and life is drama free and wish to keep it that way.
