The water bill is generated and delivered so you can pay it along with your monthly rent payment. Our cable Internet services are provided through Comcast/Xfinity. Trash is included in the monthly rent fee. We have licensed and uniformed security at our entrance gate 7 days a week, 365 days a year to ensure a safe community and ample parking for all our residents. The minimum annual income requirement is $61,000 to qualify. Our application fee is $45 per adult applicant, and all adult applicants must have a Social Security number or ITN number.
