They are constructed with brick and have solid concrete floors. There is an additional monthly fee of $75.00 for a third adult, totaling $1,725.00. Residents are responsible for their electricity bill (through NOVEC) and water; we bill you and you pay it with your monthly rent. The apartment is fully electric. The water bill is generated and delivered so you can pay it along with your monthly rent payment. Our internet and cable services are provided through Comcast/Xfinity. Trash service is included in the monthly rent fee. We have licensed, uniformed security stationed at our entrance gate 7 days a week, 365 days a year to ensure a safe community and ample parking for all our residents. The minimum annual income requirement is $59,000 to qualify. Our application fee is $45 per adult applicant, and all adult applicants must have a Social Security number or ITN.
