Position: Shipping Supervisor Location: Olds Station The Shipping Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all shipping activities, including employee supervision, order accuracy, food safety compliance, and communication with production, sales, and quality control teams. Qualifications & Responsibilities: Must be reliable with good attendance and punctuality. Ability to work up to 6 days per week and up to 12 hours per day; 7 days per week during Cherry Season. Direct and oversee employees including forklift operators and grounds personnel. Responsible for hiring, orientation, and training of new employees. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word; AS400 knowledge a plus. Ability to work professionally with others and as part of a team. Willing to cross-train in other duties. Complete export and domestic shipping forms accurately and on time. (Will train) Monitor attendance and manage daily employee time records. Willingness to take First Aid and BBP training.
