FULL TIME MANAGER / PROJECT ESTIMATOR NEEDED for growing business HOURS: 7:30am-4:30pm PAY and BENEFITS: $30.00-$38.00 / HOUR ( DOE ) Paid Federal holidays; Health Insurance; IRA; 2 weeks paid vacation after first year; (Paid Time Off ( Sick Time) accumulates as per Oregon law.) We are a small ( for now ) family oriented business looking for the right person to Manage our Fencing Company. It is a daily, hands on job where you are involved with all daily operations, crews, jobs, financial health and growth of the company. It will start out as hourly and move to salary with other benefits if you are doing well and the company is flourishing. The more experience you have with estimating, running crews, fencing, welding or even construction the better! If you have used Quickbooks then even better, as it is a required part of your job. You must be a good leader and take care of your people WHILE you take care of the company. You are assisted by a very knowledgeable Office Manager who has been with the company for years. You two will be a team, working together to implement the owners visions while also bringing your own vision to the group. It's important you can play nicely with others! We are looking for good and reliable people. We are looking for someone that wants to be a part of something bigger. We mainly do residential wood and chain link fence- we also do some commercial jobs; we fabricate our own gates and have a full time welder. Currenlty we have about 13 employees. An ideal candidate would have the following: Strong computer skills and knowledge bidding large and small jobs. Honesty and Integrity; Good communicator; Strong work ethics; Driven; Willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty when needed; Punctual; Enjoys working with others; Polite with customers and co-workers; Professional; Pays attention to details; Good math skills; and good people skills are a must.
