Job Description: TAP Representative for Meeting on August 25, 2025 Date/Time: Thursday, August 28, 2025 – 10:00 AM (must arrive by 9:30 AM), Total estimated time is 5 hours. Location: 7979 Independence Blvd., Suite 308 Baton Rouge, LA 70896 Position Overview: TAP Series is seeking an individual to serve as a representative at the upcoming Louisiana Program meeting. The individual will attend the meeting on behalf of TAP, ensuring the company is present and accounted for during this important industry event. Responsibilities Arrive at the designated meeting room by 9:30 AM to check in and prepare. Represent TAP Series in a professional and respectful manner throughout the meeting. Take clear notes on discussions, agenda items, and decisions made. Provide a written summary of key meeting points to TAP following the event. Communicate any questions or issues raised that may be relevant to TAP Series. Must be a current student with strong communication and note-taking skills. Professional demeanor and punctuality are essential. Attire: Suit required (professional dress code will be strictly enforced). Ability to attend the full meeting (10:00 AM start until adjournment). Compensation Pay rate: $20 per hour Time will include arrival, meeting duration, and immediate reporting tasks.
