We are looking for another dedicated person to join us. We have an immediate opening for a full time Material Control Administrator. The Material Control Administrator I position is responsible for supporting administrative functions of the Planning and Purchasing Departments. These responsibilities will increase collaboration between departments, by offering further support with task monitoring, task assignment, and task due dates.  This position will also assist the Material Control Management with aspects of Supplier Escalations, and weekly reporting of Supplier Escalation status. The Material Control Admin will also receive training on select time-sensitive tasks within the Planning and Purchasing Departments, to offer additional support or backup coverage when that is needed within the Material Control department. A two-year college degree in a technical or business field is preferred. Minimum 2+ years of experience using manufacturing ERP / MRP systems is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and be able to learn our ERP / MRP software system.
