This dual role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for mechanical projects and managing projects from pre-construction through completion. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, piping, etc.) • Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to assess project scope • Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes • Prepare and present bid proposals to management and clients • Manage awarded projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation • Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project execution aligns with plans • Monitor project progress, control costs, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders • Foster client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred) • 3+ years of experience in mechanical estimating and/or project management in construction or contracting • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction methods • Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite • Bluebeam and AutoCAD experience a plus • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Apply Today: Join a company where your skills and dedication are valued.
