8-HOUR SHIFT | FULL-TIME | MF 12:30pm – 9pm We have an opening for an Outpatient Therapist in our IOP/PHP department.   Pay ranges: BBS Registration $30.00-$36.00 BBS License $36.00-$43.00   What We Do: Charter Oak Hospital offers compassionate and individualized treatment for mental health and substance use disorders. What You’ll Do: Our therapists make a difference in the lives of our patients. Our dedicated professionals work tirelessly to create an environment that fosters healing, growth, and long-term wellness. Responsibilities include: ·          Provides individual, group, and family therapies using various professional treatment modalities. ·          Participates in the formulation of patient's treatment plans, goals and objectives ·          Develops and coordinates an individualized discharge plan for the patient by utilizing treatment team and written chart information to determine the patient's aftercare needs. ·          Accesses by phone or written correspondence family or community resources such as group homes, or private mental health practitioners to meet patients' aftercare needs. Requirements ·          Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field required ·          BBS Registration (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, AMFT, ASW, or APCC) required ·          Current BLS for healthcare provider card upon hire [added language 3/24/2025] ·          Therapeutic Options™ training to be obtained prior to providing direct patient care without a preceptor ·          If you currently have an Associate license such as ASW, APCC We offer clinical supervision for BBS hour accrual towards licensure Join us in making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve!
