Immediate Need: We currently have one long-term client requiring 15 hours per week of nursing care. This client’s care begins immediately and will form the base of your weekly schedule. In addition, other clients require quarterly nursing assessments (approximately 4 hours each per quarter). Position Overview: This is a hybrid role, involving in-home visits (private residences and care facilities) as well as office-based documentation and planning.
