Now Hiring: Direct Support Professional (DSP) Our DSPs work with individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities to help promote their health, safety and well-being. SCHEDULE: Part-Time | Wednesday to Friday | 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM Additional hours may be available after 90-day probationary period, if interested. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide 1:1 support to an adult client. This role focuses on enhancing the client’s independence and quality of life through assistance with: • Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) • Appointment reminders and transportation • Grocery shopping • Community outings What We Offer: Upon hire, DSPs receive paid training, including CPR and TOVA certification (if not already certified). We require completion of a company-covered TB test and background check. We strive to uphold a supportive work environment. Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for transporting the client. Must pass background check and TB screening.
