Job Summary Eterna Vein & Medical Aesthetics is a South Sound based vein and aesthetic practice located in Puyallup, WA. Responsibilities and Duties The person we hire will be trained thoroughly by our Office Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, being the first to answer the phone, greeting clients as they arrive and leave the office, making sure that client information is recorded completely, scheduling patients for their appointments, taking payment and entering charges into the EMR, having the ability to speak clearly about the services and products we offer in order to promote sales, opening and closing the office, and doing it all with a smile and positive attitude. Qualifications and Skills At least 5 years of experience working as a medical receptionist is required as well as the ability to speak fluently in English and preferably Spanish. Experience working in an aesthetic office would be extremely helpful. We use NexTech EMR software. Basic computer skills such as Word and Excel would be useful as well. Benefits A 401k plan is available for team members following 1 year of employment. Aesthetic treatments in the office are available at low cost following 90 days of employment.
