Experience in pediatrics is required Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment. Review patient records for all required components and time frames. Executes site observation and notes any deficiencies. Makes appropriate recommendations as a result of monitoring activities. Provides technical assistance to personnel where appropriate. Utilizes data management tools appropriately to record monitoring findings. Prepares provider monitoring reports in accordance with monitoring findings.
