Job Description: Physical therapist assistants (PTAs) work as part of a team to provide physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of the physical therapist. PTAs implement selected components of patient/client interventions (treatment), obtain data related to the interventions provided, and make modifications in selected interventions either to progress the patient/client as directed by the physical therapist or to ensure patient/client safety and comfort. Pay: $30-35/hour Requirements One year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant Graduate of an accredited PTA program Current PTA License in good standing Benefits 401k Matching - It’s never too early to start thinking about retirement! Participate in State monitoring during Immediate Jeopardy situations. Attend meetings as required. Testify in administrative hearings as needed. Adhere to DOH work schedules. Adhere to DOH and IPRO policies, and procedures. Travel to onsite locations according to work schedule.
