Location: New Hampshire (Serving zip codes: 03229, 03054, 03053, 03071, 03743, 03060) Position Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy services to clients in home, school, and community settings Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior patterns using various measurement systems Assist with skill acquisition programs including communication, social skills, academic readiness, and daily living skills Support behavior reduction strategies and crisis intervention procedures as outlined in treatment plans Maintain detailed session notes and progress documentation Collaborate with families, caregivers, and treatment team members Participate in regular supervision meetings and training sessions Follow all ethical guidelines and company policies Required Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred but not required Background Check: Must pass comprehensive background screening Transportation: Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with clean driving record Physical Requirements: Ability to engage in physical activities including sitting on floor, lifting up to 25 pounds, and keeping up with active children Desired Skills and Qualities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and genuine care for working with children with special needs Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Flexibility and adaptability to work in various environments Team-oriented mindset with ability to work independently Basic computer skills for data collection and documentation What We Offer Competitive Pay: Starting at $18-22/hour based on experience and qualifications Flexible Scheduling: Part-time and full-time positions available with daytime, evening, and weekend options Professional Development: Ongoing training opportunities and support for continuing education Career Growth: Clear pathways for advancement and support for pursuing BCBA certification Benefits Package: Health insurance, paid time off, and retirement planning options (full-time positions) Mileage Reimbursement: Travel compensation between client locations Supportive Environment: Regular supervision, mentorship, and collaborative team culture Service Areas We provide services throughout the following New Hampshire communities: Concord (03229) Merrimack (03054) Hudson (03051) Nashua (03060) Salem (03079) Lebanon (03743) And surrounding areas Schedule and Commitment Minimum 15-20 hours per week Sessions typically range from 2-4 hours per client Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available Some weekend availability preferred Consistent weekly schedule with advance notice of changes How to Apply Ready to make a difference?
