Credit Specialist
DSI Systems Inc., an authorized AT&T Representative partner, has an immediate opening for a Credit Specialist to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and efficient handling of customer accounts, from account creation and payment processing to approvals and reconciliations. The Credit Specialist will also assist with collections, risk mitigation, and customer communications, providing both direct and backup support across multiple areas of the credit function.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both customers and internal teams. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the financial health of the organization while gaining exposure to a wide range of credit and account management responsibilities.
This is an in-office position that will report to our Urbandale, Iowa office.

Responsibilities
Create and maintain customer accounts
Review and approve paperwork
Process and apply payments accurately
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Manage dealer collections
Support risk management and mitigation efforts
Communicate with customers regarding account standing
Assist with additional projects as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
