In this leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our behavioral health team while providing direct support to clients navigating mental health and substance abuse challenges. PHP/IOP SETTING Your primary responsibilities will include: Supervising and mentoring clients ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices. Monitoring client progress and behaviors, documenting observations, and reporting any concerns to the clinical team. Fostering a supportive and engaging environment.
