San Felipe Supported Living is a nonprofit agency that provides support for adults with developmental disabilities to live healthy, joyful, and fun lives. We value deep connections with people and believe that every person has the right to experience life to its fullest. We concentrate on individualizing the support with help of their families to fit the needs of what is important to each person. We are looking for an enthusiastic and kind person for a live-in position with two adults with developmental disabilities in their Santa Barbara home. Responsibilities include: - Support the lives and needs of the individuals - General house management (shopping, cooking, cleaning, finances) - Assistance with medical appointments and medication management - Explore/create new experiences and fun activities - Collaborate with a team of support and provide training Requirements: - Own a reliable car - A good sense of humor :) - A good communicator and strong organizational skills This position offers your own room with ample free time.
