Now Hiring: Full-Time Caregiver (Swing Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday) Better Horizons In-Home Care – Springfield, OR Better Horizons In-Home Care, proudly serving the Springfield community since 2018, is seeking a dedicated full-time caregiver to join our compassionate and reliable care team. This position covers swing shift hours, Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and plays an important role in maintaining consistent, high-quality support for our client. In addition to weekday hours, availability to cover weekend or additional shifts is a plus. You will be part of a tight-knit, five-person caregiving team where flexibility, reliability, and a heart for care are valued and rewarded. Key Responsibilities: • Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting • Assist with mobility and transfers (including use of a Hoyer lift) • Support communication needs • Light housekeeping and laundry • Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities • Assist with transportation as needed • Feeding tube and insulin injection experience a plus • Training for all delegated tasks is provided Qualifications: • Must be 18 years or older • Must be dependable and committed to the full-time swing shift schedule • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) • Must pass a background check • Previous caregiving experience is a plus—but we also welcome those new to the field with a passion for helping others Compensation & Benefits: • Pay: $20.00 & Up depending on experience • Performance-based incentives for reliability and punctuality • Paid time off • Employee discounts • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Why Work with Better Horizons?
