Responsibilities include: • Providing personalized in-home support to our clients. • Establish and maintain professional and effective communication and working relationships with the Client, family, and co-workers. • Performing domestic and household tasks, keeping environment clean and organized. • Can include transporting and accompanying clients to various places based on the needs of the Client. • Assist with ADL's • Maintain care records and thoroughly document provided services at each shift. Requirements • Minimum 2 years proven working experience as a Caregiver. • Must pass background check. • Current CPR certification preferred. • Valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance. • Must have reliable transportation. • Punctuality and consistent scheduled attendance is crucial. • Must meet state requirements related to work experience and training.
