Registered Nurse RN - Multiple Units - Sign on Bonus and Relocation Assistance

***Hiring Full time Registered Nurses and Offering a Sign on Bonus up to $15,000 plus Relocation Assistance!!*** Units Available: Cardiac Neuro (Med-Tele) Cardiac Neuro (Stroke Unit) Med Surg FT Days and Nights Shifts Available - 7a-7p or 7p-7a (rotating weekends) Position Summary: The Registered Nurse is responsible for the observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care; health teaching and counseling of the ill, injured, or infirm; and the promotion of wellness, maintenance of health, and prevention of illness of others. Administers medications and treatments as prescribed or authorized by a duly licensed practitioner authorized by the laws of this state to prescribe such medications and treatments. What you will do: You will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate the care of medical and surgical patients. You will instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions. You will maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results. You will administer medications in accordance with physician orders. Compensation: Pay Rate: UP to $44.68/hr. (17+ years of experience) Shift Diff: $4.50/hr. for nights and $1.50/hr. weekends Sign on: Days: $10,000, Nights: $15,000 Relocation Assistance: Yes; Case by Case Requirements Must-Have Requirements: Prefer at least 1 year of Recent (within the last year or 2) RN ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE. *Would consider Acute REHAB Experience for Med Tele* For Stroke Unit: Must have 1 year of Recent (within the last year or 2) Acute Care RN experience. Would consider Acute Rehab (Kindred, Encompass, HealthSouth, Select Specialty) and must be comfortable working in a stroke unit.
