ED RN Contract Starting at $50/hr WorkFit Medical Staffing, PLLC is actively seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our elite team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse with WorkFit Medical Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work in various settings, from hospitals to outpatient clinics, and contribute to improving patient outcomes in the communities we serve. For more information please call/text Michaela 585-880-1266. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders. Monitor patients' conditions and document progress in electronic health records. Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment options. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective care. Adhere to established safety protocols and quality standards to promote patient safety. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with nursing best practices. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) will be considered. Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound clinical judgments. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with healthcare team members. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
