Description

We are looking for a front office staff with strong communication skills, excellent customer service and team player to join our fun and hard working team. The responsibilities include customer service, administrative tasks, financial duties to keep the office run smoothly while ensuring the patients feel welcomed and cared for: - Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming environment. - Answer phone calls, emails, online inquiries. - Handle scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, recalls to maximize the provider's efficiency and minimize gaps. - Confirm insurance eligibility, pre-authorization, verify insurance benefits. - Present treatment plan, financial options, collect co-pays, balances before services. - Communicate and coordinate with other office staff to maintain the daily workflow. The full time position is 4 days a week and it will come with paid time off, holiday pay, medical insurance, dental care, retirement matching program, bonus program, continuing education opportunities and more! Ideal candidates should have some dental experience and know the Dentrix software. However, we are happy to train a right person if it is a good fit.
