This position requires a strong understanding of dental assisting practices, infection control protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring optimal patient comfort and care. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available. Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Conduct medical imaging, including X-rays, while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Manage patient records and assist with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and handling billing inquiries. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Bilingual Experience Previous experience as a Dental Assistant in a dental clinic is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of anatomy related to dental health is essential. Familiarity with infection control procedures and medical imaging technology is highly desirable. Experience as a dental receptionist is a plus, contributing to seamless patient interactions. A strong willingness to learn and adapt in a collaborative environment will be valued.
