(This is typically a 30-35 min drive from Reno). About the Role: This position involves offering personalized care and assistance to help maintain my mother-in-law's independence and quality of life. Responsibilities: Daily support such as help with personal care tasks (e.g., diaper changes, hygiene, dressing, sponge baths), light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders (only if working a long weekend). Safety monitoring to ensure a safe and comfortable environment and reporting any changes in health or behavior. Occasional overnight care and supervision on long weekends. Schedule: Part-Time Monday-Friday 2hrs (12-2pm) per day @ $20/hr. Occasional long weekend over-nighters as needed @ $150/day. Scheduling flexibility is offered to find the best fit.
