Roommate/assistant to assist disabled person (E Orlando/Vista Lakes)

This position is for someone who needs a good place to stay with no living expenses and have part-time employment. I am looking for someone to assist me 1-2 days a week-about 3 hours a day with personal care. I also need this person to be a personal assistant on a part-tine basis @ $20/hour usually 2 days a week. This gives you the opportunity to also have other employment. The part-time work pays $18/hour that goes along with no living expenses. I also like to travel and would like to have a travel assistant once every 1-2 months. I live in a large new single family home in Vista Lakes. There is a lake with a fishing dock and jogging paths within the community. I have a screened swimming pool and there is a community pool, fitness center, tennis courts and unlimited parking within a quiet gated neighborhood. The community is about 10 minutes away from Lee Vista plaza and close to Waterford shopping and dining; and easy access to 528 and 417. I am also about 25 minutes from Disney. The home has a security system and is in a safe area. Living expenses that are covered include rent, utilities, cable, and high speed internet. I am quiet person but am very social. I like to work at my computer, watch movies and listen to music while at home. I also like photography as a hobby. To recap: The job includes personal care 1-2 days a week for just a few hours and personal assistant responsibilities @ $20/hour. Both responsibilities can be performed in the same days. This job is very easy once you get my routine down. And I believe I am easy to work with. I have been injured for over 25 years and am very much adjusted in my lifestyle and routine. No heavy lifting is involved. I am a spinal cord injured wheelchair user with use of my arms and basically need assistance with all that is necessary to prepare for the day. Duties include bathing, dressing and other morning and bedtime care needs. Must be responsible, reliable and non-smoker.
