Dental assistant (Santa Clarita)

We are a long standing family dental office that strives to provide the highest level of dental care to our patients. We are looking for a licensed DENTAL ASSISTANT or RDA with 3 years minimum experience, ALL ON 4 knowledge is a MUST, to assist with general dentistry procedures, who is Team-Oriented, Enthusiastic, and Caring, to join our growing practice! This is a full-time opportunity for a qualified individual. Responsibilities while following all OSHA/HIPPA guidelines: *Welcome patients to the dental office *Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort *Set up instruments, equipment and materials needed  Sterilize instruments according to regulations *Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry *Undertake and complete lab tasks in a timely manner *Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions *Take quality digital X-rays *Familiar with Invisalign/ Clear Correct *Prepare outgoing lab cases and follow-up with and stock incoming lab cases *Keep patient rooms clean and well stocked **Qualifications: 3 years of experience as Dental Assistant, licensed RDA preferred  High school diploma or GED required *Current CPR certification preferred *Experience with Open Dental dental software preferred *Radiology Certification **Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required *Someone who is organized and takes initiative to complete needed tasks rather being instructed to do so.
