Adult Care Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated licensed Nurse to join our team! In this vital role, you will provide essential nursing care to individuals that are elderly or with developmental disabilities within our day program. Your responsibilities will include assessing the health needs of participants, administering medications, coordinating care with healthcare professionals, and ensuring that the health and safety protocols are followed diligently. You will work closely with clients to promote their overall well-being, manage any medical conditions, and support their daily activities. Your expertise and nurturing approach will create a positive and safe environment for our participants, empowering them to thrive physically and emotionally throughout their day at our facility. Requirements We are looking for candidates who hold a valid nursing license (RN) and have experience working with individuals that are elderly or with developmental disabilities. Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills are essential. A commitment to providing excellent patient care and a passion for enhancing the quality of life for individuals in our program is a must.
