What You’ll Do As our Wound Care Account Manager, you’ll be the friendly face and strategic partner for nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, and post-acute care centers. You’ll open doors, foster lasting relationships, and help bring our clinical expertise where it’s needed most. You’ll thrive if you're part strategist, part sales pro, and part care champion. Your Day-to-Day: Develop and maintain partnerships with long-term care facilities in your region Educate administrators and nursing staff on our wound care services and grafting programs Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient care planning and ensure smooth onboarding Track referrals, follow up on outcomes, and keep the pipeline strong Represent Gesture at conferences, events, and facility meetings (yes, you’ll be the face of the brand!)
