Professional Server needed for an established fine-dining restaurant. We are looking for a professional, customer-driven person with previous fine-dining serving experience and wine knowledge. Only apply if you have fine-dining experience. You will thrive if you are a team player, hardworking, and always strive to do an excellent job for the customer. You must be able to present yourself in a fine dining environment. Must be available to work Wednesday - Sunday 4:00pm or 5:00pm until 10:00 pm. Experience with Aloha is a plus. We're looking for a cook with some experience with with pizza dough and a pizza oven, ideally experience with wood-fired pizza ovens. We do a modern Neapolitan style. Chef will provide direction and hands-on training. We do the farmers markets out of our Marra Forni portable pizza oven in Rancho Mirage and Indian Wells Thursdays and Fridays starting soon. Those hours are 6am to 2:30pm. We offer a pizza on our menu at Workshop as well, and there are evening shifts available sometimes 3pm to 11:30pm, sometimes 5pm to 11:30pm. Seven nights a week. Additionally we do catering and private events on a regular basis and we're looking for additional staff for those.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and numbers-savvy individual to support our revenue management efforts and help maximize occupancy and profitability while staying true to our guest-focused ethos. Role Overview As Revenue Management Support, you’ll assist ownership/management with monitoring rates, availability, and distribution across online travel agencies (OTAs), the hotel’s direct booking engine, and other sales channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has a sharp eye for trends, and understands how small adjustments can make a big impact. -Responsibilities -Support daily/weekly updates of room rates, restrictions, and availability across booking platforms. -Assist with monitoring competitor rates, demand patterns, and local market trends. -Prepare simple reports on occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR). -Coordinate with management team a to ensure accuracy of information across systems. -Help identify opportunities to increase direct bookings and reduce OTA reliance. -Overseeing rate management of small but multiple hotels Qualifications -Previous hotel revenue management,or OTA experience REQUIRED -Strong computer skills; familiarity with PMS/CRS/OTA extranets a plus (e.g., Booking.com, --Expedia, Airbnb).Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with numbers. -Clear communicator who enjoys problem-solving and learning new systems. -We are a 'no drama' group.Interest in boutique hotels and hospitality is essential Schedule & Compensation Part-time or full time role with flexible hours; hybrid option may be possible.
