Housekeeper / Maid (Iowa City)
A college fraternity has an opening for a Housekeeper / Maid. This is an hourly position Monday - Friday. Preferred hours are 7:00am - 3:00pm but can also do 8:00am - 4:00pm. The Housekeeper will have the primary responsibility for managing all aspects of the cleaning common areas of the fraternity house. Working closely with the House Director and the House Manager, the Housekeeper(s) ensure that the common areas are clean, sanitary and comfortable environment for members and guests. The normal work weeks are 17 weeks in the Fall semester and 17 weeks in the Spring semester of the academic year (34 weeks a year). During breaks (Christmas and summer) you will be off and we allow you to claim unemployment. Pay is $25/hour for 40 hours a week. $1,000/weekly. While working you can eat breakfast and lunch for free at the job site in the cafeteria as a fringe benefit ($150/week fringe benefit).
