Sous Chef for Creative Culinary Studio (Clinton Hill)

Our Culinary Studio is based in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. We are a small collective of creative chefs looking for a support or sous chef during our upcoming busy season (September to December). We are searching for a talented, organized and ego-free chef who likes collaboration, is up for challenges, and is great at creative problem solving. ***Must be flexible and have complete open availability*** Our hours are all over the place. Our work is exciting, fun and rewarding but we work long days and long weeks during our busy season. Our work varies from custom menus and brand work, to food styling and events of all sizes. We work local mostly but travel 3-4x a year. Our commercial kitchen is owned and ran by WOMEN. We have a kind, incredibly talented, and dedicated team. Our ideal candidate is: A skilled chef with fine dining experience and catering experience. Organized and efficient. Self-motivated. Creative.
