Description

We are looking for a sous chef that has 5 years experience in fine dining to assist in the oversight of our lunch and dinner services. This person works under the Chef de Cuisine and will ensure that all prep is on track, frequently running a station and running service when chef is not available. The sous chef will share responsibilities of ordering produce and writing the prep list at the end of the night. We currently operate dinner seven days a week offering a chef’s tasting menu (6 courses), and a full a la carte menu. During lunch we offer the typical sandwich salad, pasta, entree and also a three course share plates styled tasting menu. There will be plenty of opportunities to stretch your skill set, exercise your creativity and opportunity for upward growth. We are looking for someone who really knows how to cook food, is passionate about it, open to growing as a person, has enough experience to help train and guide the younger cooks, is a team player, and is pleasant to be around.
