What You'll Do: Welcome and register guests, manage reservations, answer calls using a multi-line phone system, and provide exceptional concierge services. Be the primary point of contact for guests, whether it’s serving drinks at our evening beer and wine reception or making small deliveries. Utilize your tech skills to keep operations running smoothly and address any challenges that may arise. Create meaningful connections with our guests while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Your Schedule: This position is part time, with a base of two shifts per week with potential for increased hours based on business needs and staff requests. Schedules vary during training but most shifts will be 2:30pm to 10:30pm. Regular weekend and holiday availability required. The schedule is created on a monthly basis and is typically available two weeks before the start of each month. Schedule flexibility is essential. Part Time Dishwasher – Galveston Pub Company Overview: Sunriver Brewing Company is a family-owned business founded in Central Oregon in 2012. We're looking for a Dishwasher to join our team and operations at our Galveston Pub in Bend. Dishwasher - Position Summary: The Dishwasher’s duties include restocking items, maintaining a clean kitchen, washing, and sorting soiled dishes, help prepare cook stations, clean appliances and machines, empty and clean trash receptacles, and other duties, as needed. To be successful as a Dishwasher, you should be a committed, communicative team player with excellent time management skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks in a busy setting and adhere to all food safety regulations and procedures. Pay Range from $16-$19 with an additional average tip allocation from $1-$2/hour. Dishwasher - Major Areas of Responsibility: Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized. Sets up dish stations, including dish machine and sinks. Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift. Properly washes, stacks, and stores China, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers. Changes water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions set by Eco-Lab. Assists in the timely storing of food deliveries. Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift. Maintains the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves. Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties. Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed. All other duties as assigned.
