We want to introduce you to a new restaurant downtown on Tejon called Latin Social. It features the best of the Mediterranean (focusing on Turkey, Greece, Portugal, Spain, France & Italy). We have always focused on the Dining experience and we are looking for seasoned Servers that appreciate the art of Service and culture. This is a full time position, 5 days with Fri and Sat being a must (ie non negotiable). We are closed on Sundays. An extensive knowledge of Wine is required and a minimum of 4 years full-service sit down fine dining restaurant experience. Must have lived in CO for at least 6 months. Ambli does have a Tip Pool. Expectations include: -Wine Knowledge -Appreciation of the Dining experience (ie. Your eat out to see what other restaurants are doing and getting ideas for your own personal growth) -Current resident of Colorado; having lived in CO for 6+months -4+ year’s experience -Solid base knowledge of wine, spirits, and food -Ability to work as a cohesive team -Only 1 Industry Job -Quick learner and ability to adapt as our dynamic menu is constantly changing -Ability to take feedback from your peers and Management -Respect and appreciation for your teammates and BOH -Ability to upsell Menu items and beverages Qualified Candidates please send a resume and working phone number.
